The gates of IMT Nagpur were opened in July 2020 for 2020-22 MBA candidates, raising their heads all and dreaming of success. The journey got off to a rough start with all the hard repression and perseverance. Campus Placement IMT Nagpur has a relevance for both students and institutes to launch corporate kickstarts in the lives of emerging directors and has achieved competitive advantage over all B-schools studying at the same level.
Placements at our institute run with the vision of helping a student build a strong foundation for a professional career without having to face the job struggle of a real organization. Preparing on campus, even during this unprecedented virtual and economic downturn, allows students to enter the home through interactions and engagements with industry professionals from diverse backgrounds and profiles from past backgrounds and profiles. The industry is moving to 4.0 and the transformation that the world is about to see is huge and the system at IMT Nagpur prepares young aspirants for jobs that the industry needs keeping in mind the technological advancement. With the help of placement cell, the college came up with famous brands of the industry. The placement season started in September and the Institute has been fortunate to have a large number of all the specialties that have been ranked first in the umbrella.

According to statistical curation, the recommended maximum package was INR 23.57 LPA Average package amount is INR 9.70 LPA. The maximum package offered was brought from the consulting sector and the other offers were a combination of different emerging sectors. The institute was able to place more than 35 student managers with profiles by coordinating their dream jobs and packages on 0 and 1. Approximate %% freshers and work5% work-experience level were placed on the first day in the workplace experience: freshers :: ratio ratio. Jobs were offered in various profiles of IT / Software, Analyst, Finance, Marketing etc. Associate – Financial Activities, Knowledge Associate, Project Manager, Associate Solutions Advisor – Technology Assurance, Analyst – Human Capital Consulting, Financial Operations, Management Trainee – Sales, were some of the profiles that were proposed.

Training Initiatives: The institute and the placement and training team are working responsibly at different levels of a student to help them in their overall development. From the beginning of the academic session, students are exposed to various competitions and case study challenges so that they can develop appropriate corporate opportunities and problem solving skills.
Special guests and trainers are invited to give their valuable feedback to develop skills through the industry analysis initiative and broaden the axis of students ’knowledge. This useful workshop involves a huge variety of topics and concepts, be it career development, resume and profile building, personality development or psychometric profiling. In addition to these workshops, the team also prides itself on conducting helpful mock group discussions and humorous personal interviews for students with industry experts. Through this students are able to identify gaps in their preparation and with useful insights they learn to fill those gaps and develop themselves.
The team is constantly involved throughout the placement season to help the student deal with any challenges they face at any stage of the placement process. They ensure that the right advice is given to the right student at the right time. The whole training process is done not only for all the students but also at a unique level for the needs of each student. The placement and training team has no appreciation when it comes to the preparation and placement process.
The whole training plan lasts for weeks and months, with experts addressing students with the right schedule of some interesting exercises that help students do better in their placement process. The exercises in this session include not only pre-placement preparation but also some important lessons for the day after placement with the company. Training sessions help students sort out their priorities and discover areas of interest so they can work harder toward their goals. Through such training plans, the institute and the team, including the Academic Forum, ensure that students do not lack academic knowledge and qualifications. To this end, the forums help create area-based questionnaires for solving and practicing important concepts, conducting mandatory practice aptitude tests and sessions to make the whole preparation fun. The institute’s faculties also make sure to conduct additional sessions to guide students with some important art concepts, requirements and practices.
