UGI maintains impressive placement record despite epidemic – Times of India

Prayagraj: Thousands of young people lost their jobs during the first and second wave of the epidemic due to the outbreak of Kovid-1 outbreak, against which the United Group of Institutions (UGI) recruits top multinationals – Infosys, Accenter, TCS, Wipro, Cognizant, Companies like Extramarks, Hexware, etc. (MNC) continue in this dark phase.

Divya Bartaria, head of the Corporate Relations Center (CRC), UGI, said UGI students received more than 1,501 job offers during the Kovid-1 hit.

Significantly, out of the total selection, a total of 350 students from different streams have been able to get multiple job offers, and also in good packages of between Rs 4-12 lakh per year.

Of the 350 students with multiple offers, 147 are from the United College of Engineering and Research (UCER), more than 40 from the United Institute of Technology (UIT), 40 from the United College of Engineering and Management (UCEM), 69 from the United The principal explained that the Institute of Management-FUGS and 54 students represented UIM.


“Keeping students engaged in regular value-added programs, aptitude training, oral reasoning, competitive coding and soft skills as well as being inspired by regular educators,” he said.

Expressing happiness over the achievements of UGI students, United Group Vice President Gaurab Gulati said that UGI adapted to the situation and conditions, adopted digital learning and placement models and exemplified the challenges and uncertainties of its uninterrupted service in shaping the careers of the youth.
