THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: Digital University Kerala (DUK) October October is filling up the vacancies online for vacant seats including class seats reserved for its postgraduate program.

The vacancies will be filled by M.Tech in Computer Science and Engineering, M.Tech in Electronics Engineering, MSc in Ecological Informatics, Computer Science and PG Diploma in E-Governance, a university statement said here.

Located on a green campus in Technocity, DUK offers postgraduate on-campus courses in state-of-the-art areas to meet the needs of Industry 4.0. Two-year M.Tech programs approved by AICTE provide expertise in the latest technology.

The M.Tech-CS program focuses on the basics of AI, its application in various fields such as computer vision and NLP, stating that the program has two distinct tracks – cyber security and IoT-based cyber physical systems.

The M.Tech in Electronics Engineering program specializes in four areas related to high quality research, product innovation and teaching for hardware engineers, AI hardware, and signal processing and automation, while the MSc in Computer Science program specializes in four areas that are currently in high demand in the industry.

The MSc in Ecology, including specializing in Ecological Informatics, is expected to have a huge potential in expected situations where sustainable environment has become an important global concern.
