Initiatives to be introduced include three-month play-based school preparation modules for Grade 1 students; Indian Sign Language as a subject at secondary level; NCERT is an integrated teacher training program designed by Nishta 2.0; Success (structural assessment for learning level analysis), a skills-based assessment framework for grades 3, 5 and 8 in CBSE schools; A website dedicated to Artificial Intelligence.
Further, the event will witness the inauguration of the National Digital Education Architecture (NDEAR) and the National Education Technology Forum (NETF).
These initiatives will mark an important step towards achieving the goals of NEP 2020 and make the education sector more vibrant and accessible.
