“This portal will be front-end for all pension case processing and salary determination issues. AMTRON (Assam Electronics Development Corporation Limited) will set up pension service centers in all districts for government employees,” Pegu said.
The district office and department head will be allowed to send pension papers through the portal and it has to be processed within a year of retirement, he added.

“A notification will be issued to simplify the procedure of pension commutation within one year of retirement,” he said.
