A total of 78,899 students were assessed in the science stream out of which 78,809 students passed the science stream with a pass rate of 99.98%. The percentage of boys passing 4..4% as opposed to girls passing stream.03% is ahead of boys in science. This year 55,468 students have passed in the first section and the number of students who have passed in the first section has got more than 90% marks as compared to 137 students last year with a maximum of 2,278 students. A total of 1, 43 students have passed in the second section and 1, 311 students have passed in the third section. The pass rate of former regular students in science stream is .21.27%.
A total of 21,996 students were assessed in the Commerce section out of which 21,906 students registered 99.59% pass and passed the examination. The pass rate of boys is 95.37% as against 94.39% and girls are again lagging behind boys.
8,355 students passed in the first section, 5692 students in the second section and 9066 students in the third section. As against 40 students last year, 149 students got marks of 90% and above. The pass rate of former regular students in Commerce was 71.27%.
The minister said students who are not happy with the marks obtained through the alternative assessment scheme can take the exam offline. Offline exam dates and other information will be announced by CHSE shortly.
Due to the aggressive second wave of Kovid-1 of, the state government canceled the Class XII examination and decided to evaluate the students on the basis of alternative methods.
The results of more than 1184 students were stuck with the council because the students’ answer sheets were not available to the council in the last few years and they would take the exam offline.
