Most of the women who are victims of cyber crime do not file a complaint and this prompted us to start this program, Sharma added. The online resource center was inaugurated by Jharkhand Governor Ramesh Bays and NCW Chairperson Rekha Sharma in the presence of Cyber Peace Foundation founder and director Binit Kumar.
