MP: Schools reopen for 12th class students – Times of India

Bhopal: After being closed for several months due to coronavirus-induced carbs, schools for Class XII students in Madhya Pradesh were reopened on Monday as per Madhya Pradesh Co-Bid-1 protocol, but several private schools could not resume offline sessions.

There are more than 47,000 private schools in Madhya Pradesh. In some schools, no students were up. Ajit Singh, president of the MP Private Schools Association (MPBSE), told PTI that very few people, five or ten, came. “Many of our schools have not reopened for classes (for high school students) due to various reasons such as getting the state government order in this regard late. Bhopal president D Ashok said the MP has more than 2,000 schools affiliated with CBSE. The official said that there are about 4,300 schools for Class XII students and 4,93,636 schools for Class X students, citing the 1992-2018 statistics conducted by the state government on Class Tuesday (July 2), School MP for Class XI students. Classes will be held twice a week for students in grades 11 and 12 and virtual sessions will run simultaneously, an official said. He said 11th graders would attend school on Tuesdays and Fridays, and 12th graders would go to school on Mondays and Thursdays, he said.

Official students will attend school on Saturday and a session will be held Wednesday for tenth grade students, the official added. According to the guidelines, student gatherings such as morning gatherings and swimming lessons are not allowed. Apart from these, the state government has asked schools and students-teachers to take various steps like conducting Covid-19 test. Meanwhile, the state government on Monday launched a vaccination campaign for teachers.
