According to the survey, “this will help employees save time and money, which can be spent on travel and also help companies save office space”.
The survey was conducted online in October with more than 1,000 respondents across other sectors including banking and finance, construction and engineering, education / training / training, FMCG, hospitality, HR solutions, IT, ITES and other sectors including BPO, logistics, manufacturing.
Further, the survey found that more than 71 percent of employees were of the opinion that a hybrid model would have a positive effect on employee productivity and help them become more wealthy.
Employees say they think they can deliver effective results even in a virtual stimulus environment and reach their best potential without any hassle, it was noted.
“As restrictions continue to ease, the most important question remains whether a hybrid model will be an effective alternative for the industry.
