Liverpool and Manchester City draw 2-2 in Premier League | Football News – Times of India

Liverpool: Manchester City fell behind to a 2-2 draw with Liverpool in the Premier League at Anfield on Sunday.
After struggling against an influential City in the first half, Liverpool took the lead in the 59th minute when Mohamed Salah Sadio threaded Mane with the ball, knocking out confident past goalkeeper Ederson.
But 10 minutes later City were level when Gabriel Jesus cut from the right, knocking out four Liverpool defenders before finding Phil Foden, who drilled the ball away, into the bottom corner.
Salah then led Liverpool back to a stunning personal goal, losing to Joao Cancello and Imeric Laporte before turning around.
Again, however, City responded – Foden again found a place on the left and brought the ball back to Kevin de Bruyne whose curling shot took a slight deviation from Joel Matip and defeated defender Allison.
