Law students write to BCI demanding cancellation of exam – Times of India

Law students across the country have addressed a representation to the Bar Council of India (BCI) seeking cancellation of the final examination and various other educational reliefs in the wake of the second wave of Kovid-19.

Representation supported by students from Symbiosis Law School Pune, Jindal, GNLU, Campus Law Center, DU, MNLU, NUALS, NLSIU, SLS Hyderabad, NUJS, NLU Jodhpur, UPES, CMR Law School, CCS, SLS Noida, NALSAR, Was. Nirma University, GGSIPU, Punjab University Amity University Chhattisgarh, NLIU, Modi University RMNLU, AMU Vivekananda Institute of Professional Studies (IPU), HPNLU, VIT Law School, New Law College, Deaf University, CNLU, St. Xavier’s University, Alliance University, HNLU , Presidency University, Osmania University, Geetam University, KIIT School of Law, NLUO, Jamia Millia Islamia, ICFAI University, NLU Delhi, Northrop University, Banaras Hindu University, Shastra, Bennett University, Delhi Metropolitan College, DBRNLU, NIMMS School of Law, RGNUL, Uttaranchal University, Christ University, Law College Dehradun etc.

Colleges and universities failed to respond to the Kovid-19 crisis and the resulting impact on students and faculty, as a last resort, the students have sought the Bar Council of India for relief.
