The Chairperson, Career Development Services and Alumni Relations, Professor Deepika Gupta, expressed her gratitude to all the employers who have placed their trust in the students. “As the economy slowly recovers, new and exciting opportunities are opening up across the sector. It is an added satisfaction to witness the 2020-22 batch epidemic that they went straight on, learning, un-learning and re-learning things, and quickly adapting to the new normal, “said Professor Deepika Gupta.

“Students have mastered the science and art of dealing with online academic sessions and virtual placement processes. There are companies that travel long distances and visit our campus, reflecting their interest in hiring our talents. It is a matter of great pleasure that the batch achieved 100% results as well as broke the record and showed great performance. It was a new learning experience not only for the students but also for the Institute to be resilient and responsive to the reorganized system, process and infrastructure to deal with the adverse effects of Covid-19. All I can say is that we are better prepared for the future, “said Professor Deepika Gupta.

Professor Chandrasekhar, the director of IIM-Vizag, added that it was a perfect gift given by the students on the eve of their new year. “Our students’ skills and confidence are a winning combination. Facilitating a close connection between what is needed and what is being taught, our faculty team has come up with their own teaching, a symbiosis of pedagogy and technology that has benefited the students profitably. They set new standards for success. This will deepen the culture of ambitious performance in the institute, ”said Professor Chandrasekhar.
