The CBSE had earlier announced that the 10th and 12th CBSE board exams would be split into two conditions. Term 1 is retained objectively, while Term 2 is thematically completed (the final decision depends on the circumstances at that time), covering 50% of each course. Term 1 test duration will be 90 minutes and second term will be 120 minutes.

Term-1 exam datesheet has now been published. The 1st term for the tenth grade starts on 30th November and lasts till 11th December. For 12th grade, Term 1 will be held from 1st December to 12th December. Tests will begin at 11:30 a.m., considering the winter season.
