The average salary package offered to students by companies has gone up from Rs 13.6 lakh per annum to Rs 17.86 lakh per annum. This average salary is marked as a historic high since the establishment of the Institute.
GLIM, which says it has consistently achieved 100% campus placement since its launch, has seen 313 job offers for its students this year, up from 224 last year. This year there were 22 new recruits on campus including startups and new age enterprises such as CredAvenue, Intellect Design, Bristlecone, KMK Consulting, Lowes India and others.

Accenture, ADP, Bain, Deloitte, Cognizant, FedEx, HCL, Infosys, Tiger Analytics, and Zoom were some of the top employers this year. Most of the offers came from the business and strategy consulting department (42%) and technology consulting was another top role.
Requirements from companies have increased this year, especially for those with prior work experience in various domains, and the institute’s flagship PGPM program (1-year MBA) consists of such talent, GLIM said.
