[10th 12th CBSE Datesheet Announced] 9 Exam Preparation Guidelines for Term 1 Board – Times of India

CBSE Term I boards will be objective test and test duration will be 90 minutes. Due to the winter season, the board exam will start from 11.30 am.

However, after CBSE Term 1 Board Exams 2021-22 no student will be placed in the pass, bogie and essential repeat section. The final results of CBSE Term 1 Board Exams 2021-22 will be announced after the first and second term examinations.

CBSE Controller Sanam Bharadwaj informed that today CBSE date magazines for minor subjects will be sent to schools. Such tests will be conducted by schools. He added, “Short subject examinations will be held from November 17 for 12th class and from November 16 for 10th class.”

1. OMR sheets are available for direct download from the cloud.

The test centers will receive the question papers in the morning of the test in encrypted format. Tests will be held for a 90 minute time slab.

2. If there is any classroom work for classes other than Class 10 and 12, it should be done in the slot between 08:00 to 11:00 or 11:30 in the morning.

3. The evaluation of the sheet will start from 12 noon to 5 pm.

In order to arrange seating, there should be 12 students in a single classroom so that the Covid-1 prot protocol is followed and the students are safe.

4. A center must have one observer for a power of 500 and if the power is more than 500 then there must be two observers. The observer will be directly appointed by the City Coordinator and if the City Coordinator wishes he can change the observers as required.

5. Exam answers will be available by 12 noon so that teachers of any subject can easily take the exam on OMR sheet. The evaluator needs to upload the correct answer number.

6. If the student fills in the wrong OMR circle for the answer, he / she may exceed the answer. An additional blank circle is provided in the OMR for each question. Students can write the correct answer option no. OMR in the extra circle, after passing the wrong filled OMR circle

7. The handwritten answer will be considered final if it does not match a dark circle. Separate fees will be paid for inspection and evaluation.

Test assessment will be done only at the test center and after that, OMR sheet has to be sent to RO CBSE by 05:00 pm on the same day of the test. Admission information will be provided shortly.

8. Students of Class 10 and 12 must appear for the Term 1 examination conducted by CBSE. These numbers will also be counted for announcing the final results of 10th and 12th classes in April / May. Students will face MCQ type questions for Term 1 exam. The school will conduct the practical examination for term 1 of the candidates but the practical for the second term examination will be conducted by CBSE as usual.

9. CBSE has divided the board exams of class 10 and 12 into two parts i.e. term I from 15th November 2021 and second term from March / April 2022.

The final score of the candidates will be calculated on the basis of the performance of the candidates in both Term I and Term II.

Each question in this exam will carry equal number and students will also get option in the exam.
